Site Supervisor / Lead Officer
Progressive Security Group is seeking experienced and professional Site Supervisors / Lead Officers to oversee security operations at corporate, commercial, and special event locations throughout Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia.

This leadership role is responsible for supervising officers on site, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring all security operations are carried out professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Supervise and support on-site security personnel
Ensure officers follow post orders and company procedures
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and management
Conduct shift briefings, inspections, and performance monitoring
Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs
Respond to emergencies and operational issues
Assist with scheduling, training, and officer development
Maintain a professional and secure environment at all times

Qualifications
Previous security supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Professional appearance and decision-making ability
Experience with incident reporting and conflict resolution
Ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments
Active security certification/license preferred based on jurisdiction
Reliable transportation and flexible availability
