Responsibilities
Monitor premises and control access to assigned properties
Conduct routine patrols and security inspections
Write detailed incident and activity reports
Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies
Enforce client policies and security procedures
Maintain a professional presence and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications
Active Maryland Security Guard Certification preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and observational skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Previous security or customer service experience is a plus
