Responsibilities
Monitor and secure assigned properties and access points
Conduct routine patrols and incident reporting
Maintain a visible security presence

Qualifications
Active DC Security Officer license preferred
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication and report-writing skills

Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Prior corporate security experience is a plus
